SAMANTHA HILLERBY
Samantha first got into hairdressing at the age of 14, starting her career with Mark Hill in Yorkshire. It was Mark who introduced her to a side of hairdressing she wasn’t aware of and gave her the hunger to progress to a world outside of the salon. Samantha moved to London in 1990 and began working at Nicky Clarke, it was here that she was introduced to Guido and where her career in session hairdressing really took off.
After becoming Guido’s first assistant she started to build her own team and now works on editorials, shows and campaigns worldwide. Some of the most memorable moments in her career to date are working with Steven Klein, shooting Calvin Klein fragrance with Travis and working alongside great British designers such as Vivienne Westwood and Giles Deacon.
Samantha's award winning salon 'Samatha Hillerby By Appointment' was also listed in Vogue's top 10 beauty destinations hot list 2017.
